Working with your Coach
📞 Telephone Coaching
Many of our clients choose to work with their coach via regular telephone/skype sessions lasting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. This is particularly useful for clients based outside the U.K.
Clients may be unsure of just how much can be achieved over the phone but there are a number of reasons why this can work well. One particular reason is that clients find they have to discipline themselves to focus harder, in order to achieve results and so tend to achieve more; this is especially helped by the fact that the distractions of meeting face to face are absent.
😊 Face to Face
The most popular format is to combine telephone/skype sessions with a series of face-to-face meetings. The many advantages mean that progress is often much swifter and many change techniques rely on this format. In addition many of our clients prefer the personal aspect and the relationship dynamic of face to face sessions.
✉ E mail
Clients maintain regular email contact with the coach, usually to confirm and remind each other of actions agreed at each session and to generally keep up the momentum and maintain focus on the priorities.
