Last week I had the privilege of spending 3 days with a group
of Rakuten leaders helping them to be more self aware, effective leaders and communicators we focused on DiSC, SLII and how to have higher quality conversations with their team members and colleagues. I start this week working with a group of Ericsson leaders for 2 days on how to lead IN a virtual team one of the most critical skills for the 21st century world of work and then I get to train around 160 Lloyds bank team members over 3 days on culture transformation – how to create a more inclusive culture, something so many of my clients are focusing on right now in order to really leverage the talent and diversity they have and make their organisations psychologically safe places to work.
